It’s a tradition! Each year from December thru February, the Jacksonville Area Museum hosts our annual LEGO exhibit “Building with Brick – The Art of Lego.” The museum highlights the talents of local LEGO enthusiasts, and showcases the creations of young and old for the entire community to enjoy.
2025-2026 Exhibit Categories for submission include:
Kit Build (all ages)
Jacksonville 200th (all ages)
Original Build (ages 13+)
Original Build (ages 8-12)
Original Build (ages 0-7)
The public will be encouraged to vote in the favorite builds, with $100 Lego gift cards awarded to the top vote-getters.
Submissions can be received at the museum starting November 16 through November 23 during regular opening hours to be eligible for voting. All participants must fill out a participation form. Children must have their parents permission.
The exhibit will run from December 2025 – February 28, 2026, and be available during regular opening hours:
Wednesdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Sundays from 1 to 4 p.m.
